Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Never Give Up
Never Give Up
By Treva Susuras
One of my favorite sayings in life is never give up. You may be struggling with addiction or have a family member that has a problem, but today, this blog is for everyone! I know many of you have heard me say that over and over and I will probably never stop saying it. Because it has meaning in every situation we may be going through.
You might say “my child is in addiction” never give up, keep praying, things can change when Jesus gets involved.
You might say “ I’m in addiction, or a bad relationship, or life issue” I say keep praying never give up, things can change in a minute with Jesus
You might say, “My finances are falling apart and I lost my job” I say never give up! You never know what Jesus has in store for you in the future. You might have stayed at a job going nowhere when Jesus wants to put you in a job you can make a difference, or where you can make more money to take care of your family.
You might say “I am sick and I can’t make it” I say never give up! Jesus is the great Healer. Plead the blood of Jesus over yourself or over someone you love that is sick or hurt, ask for Jesus healing power to cover you or your loved one, your prayer could be the prayer for healing you need or they need.
You see things might look one way today, but tomorrow everything will be different... better, and if you give up you will miss all that. I guess I am talking about trusting God. Now with that being said, we can’t just lay down and expect God to change everything for us, but we can pray and spend time in the word. We can ask Him for guidance, wisdom to make right decisions, and peace to make it from where I am to where I’m going in life.
WE have no idea what God has in store for us. We have a tendency to try and make things happen the way we see it, BUT WE ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT.
I have always been a visual person. When I have a thought, I see it in my mind, or when someone is telling me something, I am visualizing it as they are saying it.
One vision I have is a vision of God, all knowing, and all loving.
Have you ever watched a parade go by? If you are on the ground watching, you just see what is going by at the time. The parade could be huge but we only see what is in front of us at that moment. If you are watching from a top floor of a building, you can see for miles and miles. Might even see the beginning and the end. Well, picture this, Jesus is on the top floor and He sees everything going on in our lives from beginning to end. Now remember He is God and He has all the answers we need to live a productive life. BUT WE think we have the answers so we act on our own ideas. In reality if we will seek God and His will, He will move in our lives like we would never imagine. I know this is true for a fact, because He moves in my life on a daily basis.
You have to put in a little time yourself. Jeremiah 29:11 says God has a plan for you. He does not break it down like, if you are good, smart, never been though anything that would cause you to not be good enough, bla, bla, bla. No, it says HE HAS A PLAN FOR YOU AND YOUR LIFE. HE DOES NOT PLAN TO HARM YOU, HE WANTS TO HELP YOU! TO PROSPER YOU!
Are you helpable? Do you allow Him to come into your life and help you make decisions according to His word? Are you trying to find out who He is and have that personal relationship with Him?
I have found if you put Him first in your life, give him all your troubles, He will take them all and give you peace and wisdom.
And remember as long as you are breathing,
NEVER GIVE UP!
