O Lord ​Jesus Christ, I thank You for my forgiveness, I am sorry for anything I have done that is offensive to You. I thank You that You never get tired of me or fed up with my nonsense. Please wash my mind and heart with Your word. Let these affirmations become real to me, let them take root in me.

I will not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, I will present my requests to You Lord. And the peace that surpasses all understanding will guard my heart and my mind.

I know you are giving me peace right now and I received it, for It is not the same as the world gives. This peace only comes from You Lord.

My heart will not be troubled and I will not be afraid.

I will not fear, for You are with me, I won’t be dismayed, for You are my God, You are strengthening me and helping me right now, You uphold me with Your righteous right hand and when worry tries to enter my mind, Your comfort brings joy to my soul.

When I look for You Lord, You answer me, You are take away all my fears.

Lord, I give You all my worries because I know You care for me. I give You all my anxieties, and my troubles.

I receive joy when I am weak, when trials of this life attack me I a know I am being strengthened. For when I am weak, then You show Yourself strong in me.

I can do all things because You Jesus give me the strength I need.

I trust in You Lord with all of my heart and I will not lean on my own understanding.

Lord, I know You did not give me the spirit of fear, You gave me a spirit of power and of love and a sound mind

I know You will keep me in perfect peace because I will keep my mind on You. Lord, I trust You.

Lord I know You have plans for my life, Your plans are for my well-being and not for trouble, You plan to give me hope and a future.

You are my Lord and God who holds my right hand, and You say to me do not be afraid, I know You will help me.

Jesus, I know You are helping me right now. As I finish these confessions, I ask You to embed them in my mind. I come against worry, fear and anxiety. Confusion and hopelessness. I know all things are possible because of You. Lord, right now I surrender to You and I will keep my mind on the things of God for You O Lord are the answer to all of my problems. I receive Your peace right now in my life. I am Your child and You love me. I may not see things the way You do but I will learn from my mistakes and failures. I will take what the devil means to destroy me and use those things for good. I Love You Lord, Thank You in Jesus Name, Amen
