Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

My Declaration — My Battle Cry

Lord, today I choose to open my mouth and declare Your truth over my life.
I will not speak defeat.
I will not agree with sickness.
I will not come into agreement with fear, doubt, or hopelessness.
No—today I rise up and declare what You say about me.
Even when I don’t feel it…
Even when I don’t see it…
Even when everything around me says otherwise…
I will declare life.
I declare that I am healed.
I declare that I am strengthened.
I declare that I am not defeated.
I declare that I am not without hope.
I will not walk around saying, “I can’t,”
I will not say, “There’s no way,”
I will not say, “Nothing will ever change.”
Instead, I will speak what You have spoken.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
All things are possible because I believe.
You have good plans for me—plans to give me hope and a future.
Lord, let my words line up with Your Word.
Let my mouth come into agreement with Heaven.
Train my tongue to speak life—even when my flesh wants to speak death.
I know that what I speak, I will begin to believe…
And what I believe will begin to shape my life.
So today, this is my battle cry:
I choose life.
I choose faith.
I choose truth.
I choose Your Word over every lie.
And I will declare it again… and again… and again…
Until my mind believes it, my heart receives it,
and my life reflects it.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
