I will confess with my mouth that I trust in you Lord. I know things may look pretty bleak right now, but I also know in Your word You say You will never leave me or forsake me. I know I am safe in Your care.

Lord according to Your word You say You give power to the weak, and to those who have no might You increase strength.

I receive that strength right now. I know that I am the temple of God and that the Holy Spirit dwells in me. There is nothing I cannot do according to Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.

So I will wait on You Lord, I will be strong and take heart,

Lord just as you redeemed Jacob You also have redeemed me. You formed me and called me by my name. I will answer You and will not be afraid. I will trust in You Lord and do good. I will dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.

No matter what happens in my life I will offer up my body as a living sacrifice Holy and pleasing to You. I will no longer conform to the patterns of this world but I will be transformed by the renewing of my mind. Then I will know Your will for my life. Your good, perfect and pleasing will.

You give strength to the weary and increase the power of the weak, and Lord right now I may feel weak but I know that You are here with me. I am never alone because You are my God.

I will be strong and take heart, all my hope is in You Lord.

I will be strong and courageous. I will not be terrified, I will not be discouraged, for You Lord are with me where ever I go. No matter how things look right now I know You are in control and in charge. Nothing surprises You, You know exactly what You are doing.

I will look to You for answers, and guidance. For You O Lord are my strength and my shield. My ever present help in times of trouble.

I will not walk in fear or dread. Today is a new day and your mercies are new every morning.

Lord you have not given us the spirit of fear, but one of power, love and a sound mind. I claim the promises you have given me for my life and my family.

I am excited about tomorrow. What will You do with me? I am turning my stumbling blocks into stepping stones. The things that the devil tries to destroy me with will be what makes me strong.

When the snake of this world tries to bite me, I will shake it off into the fire just like Paul did. When I feel like I am bound with chains ( strongholds) Jesus will break them off me. I can’t lose because my God protects me and comforts me.

Bad things happen to good people all the time but with God by my side and the Holy Spirit that lives in me, I know I can get through anything the devil throws at me.

I can do this…

I will make it…

Nothing can stop me…

Jesus is my strength…

I will not panic…

Not by might, not by power, but by Your Spirit Lord, By Your Spirit Lord
