In the "Freedom Class" I have been able to open myself up and break strongholds I didn't realize I had. We all have different strengths, some of us are stronger than others. We may have similar things going on in our lives or things we may need to forgive others for. The "Freedom Class" has helped me see myself and realize I may be stronger than my daughter, but she can still make right choices. It has helped me understand how I can help her, but not be used or be an enabler. It helps me understand the emotions of a person that has gone through issues such as abandonment, abuse, and so on, and how they could fall into a life of addiction. 

It has helped to show me how to give hope to those struggling. I know now I can't fix others, I need help in understanding myself as well as understanding those around me. 

IHHM helps me to know I am not alone and that others like me can come together and pray for one another, lifting each other up. It makes a difference!
