Ok ladies and gents, here we go. Do you know that whatever you agree with in your life can very well become a fact just because you came into agreement with it? The word of God tells us that life and death are in the power of the tongue, so those who love it will eat of its fruit. Proverbs 18:21.

Let me remind you we have an adversary the devil. He hates you and he hates me. He will stop at nothing to keep us from having a healthy, intimate relationship with Jesus. He will try to lie to us, deceive us and destroy us. He does not want us to serve and love Jesus. He does not want us to be obedient to God’s word which is the bible. That is what we are to come into agreement with. Not doubt and disbelief, just God’s word.

No matter what things look like to the eye, that does not mean it’s impossible to change it. It means check yourself, are you coming into agreement with Jesus or Satan?

What about your loved one or someone else. Do you come into agreement with whatever your are told about that person? Oh the Dr said they’re going to die. Then do we run around telling everyone they are going to die or do we say in Jesus Name they will live and not die. This is the Dr’s report but we believe Jesus report. How about when the devil says your kids will never change, never be set free… oh no, not my kids they are strong and they will find there way back to Jesus. The will serve the lord with all their hearts and minds….. speak positive words over your loved ones, over your church, and over our Nation!

Who are you coming into agreement with?

Some examples:

Dr says your sick and might not make it. What do we do? Do we come into agreement with that report? Or do we come into agreement with the word of God that say’s I am healed by the blood of Jesus. We stand on God’s word no matter how it looks.

One time Doug and I were on vacation with our 2 youngest kids. We had gone to Colorado to visit family. We were at Red Rocks Stadium, all of a sudden, I had horrible pain among other things I wont mention. Doug rushed me to the hospital. They checked me and said they were pretty sure I had cancer and needed to run more tests. Long story short I remember I was laying on the bed with my eyes closed “singing whose report do you believe” I thought I was alone but my sister had come into the room. Next thing I heard was her singing” we shall believe the report of the Lord”

You see I never came into agreement with that report. I ended signing myself out of the hospital so I could come back and see my own Dr. in Texas and come to find out I didn’t have cancer at all. It was nothing serious. Now I’m not saying that happens every time but for me at that time it did.

We have a God that is a miracle worker. He can pull us out of any situation if we rely on Him and not ourselves. If we come into agreement with what His word says as opposed to what the enemy tells us.

Have you ever heard this?

You are worthless. No one will ever love you. You have been no good form the start. If man can’t love you how do you expect God to love you? Do you come into agreement with this?

It absurd! The devil is a liar and the father of lies. But… you can come into agreement and cause it to become a reality. You accept the lie of the enemy and receive that lot in life. You receive what you believe. No one will ever love me. I am a loser and I will never change… or what! Satan, you are a liar! I am loved and cherished by Jesus Christ. The one that died on the cross for me. He loves me and forgives me of all my sin. He makes me strong and gives me hope. He has a plan for my life. He does not plan to harm me but he gives me a hope and a future…Jer. 29:11. Let Jesus work out the details of someone to love you here on earth. If Jesus chooses that person, it will be wonderful!

Or how about…

You really messed up your finances, you will never get out of debt!

We sometimes we do mess up our finances but that does not mean the end for us. No, we all have to answer for what we do. We have to live out the consequences of the actions we do, good or bad. So, realize it, own it, and change it. There is always a way out if we come into agreement with Jesus. Do you know some people commit suicide because of financial difficulties? The enemy told them that was the only way out. Not true. It might take a while to get out of our mess we got ourselves into but we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength. Phil 4:13.

Know your word! This is a spiritual battle for your soul! The devil hates you, God loves you. If you don’t know what the word says how will you fight the enemy. If you can’t remember it, look it up. We even have bibles on our phones. Download one. There is no reason to feel hopeless. Know this is the enemy trying to destroy any joy or hope we may have.

DO NOT COME INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE DEVIL. HE HATES YOU. JESUS LOVES YOU! COME INTO AGREEMENT WITH JESUS!
